IMPORTANT TERMS

At Random Stuff, a working day is one in which business or work activities take place, i.e., Monday to Friday, excluding weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays. Our headquarters are located in Pontevedra, Galicia, Spain, so we follow the public holidays of this location.

When you place an order, please note that there is a preparation time that can vary from 0 to 2 business days, depending on demand. Once prepared, the order is handed over to the courier company. Shipping time refers to the period between when the order is handed to the carrier and when it arrives at your address, usually between 1 to 5 business days, depending on the selected service.

The delivery times that appear during checkout may be as follows:

  • 3 to 6 business days: This means you will receive your product between 3 and 6 business days. For example, if you place your order on a Saturday, you could receive it on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, or even the following Monday. We ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible. 
  • 24 to 48 hours: In this case, delivery depends on the time you place your order. If you want to receive it the next day, make your order before 12:00. After that time, you are most likely to receive it within 48 hours. Please remember that these times are for working days (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays do not count). For example, if you place your order on Friday at 18:00, the order will most likely be handed over to the carrier on Monday, and you will receive it on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Our time zone is CET (UTC +1) during the winter and CEST (UTC +2) in the summer.

*During product launches, Black Friday week, and the Christmas season, high demand in a short period of time may cause delays in shipping.

Please note that while we are committed to ensuring you receive your order as soon as possible, we are only human, and delays may occur. We ask for your patience, as we will be here to assist you throughout your shopping experience with Random Stuff.

SHIPPING COSTS

The shipping cost is what you pay for transporting your order to the address you choose. It varies depending on the delivery country and the type of service you select.

  • Spain: Standard shipping (3 to 6 working days) is free for orders over 40 €, while for orders under this amount, it costs 3.90 €. We also offer express delivery for 7.50 €. Unfortunately, we do not ship to the Canary Islands. 
  • Portugal: Standard shipping (3 to 6 working days) is free for orders over 80 €, while for orders under this amount, it costs 4.90 €. We also offer express delivery for 8.50 €. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Madeira or the Azores. 
  • Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, and Poland: Standard shipping (3 to 6 working days) is free for orders over 95 €, while for orders under this amount, it costs 4.90 €. We also offer express delivery for 9.50 €. 
  • Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, and Estonia: Standard shipping (3 to 6 working days) is free for orders over 150 €, while for orders under this amount, it costs 5.90 €. Unfortunately, we do not offer express delivery.

GENERAL OPERATION

When you complete your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email, and our team will start processing your order immediately to ensure you receive it as quickly as possible. If you haven't received your order within the estimated delivery time for your country, please contact us with your order number. We will investigate your order history to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Additionally, you will receive an email with your order's tracking information, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment at any time.

*Random Stuff is not responsible for any delivery errors resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the user on the order form.

IMPORTANT: Please verify the address before confirming your order.

  • Ensure the address is complete and, most importantly, that the POSTCODE is correct. An incorrect postcode can cause delays and incur additional costs.
  • If the address is incorrect or incomplete, the delivery attempt will be considered as made.

For deliveries to businesses, shops, or premises:

  • Include the name of the company to assist with the delivery.

About delivery and couriers:

  • Couriers are not obliged to call. If you cannot be at the specified address, leave alternatives when placing the order or select a pick-up point to avoid issues.
  • If you need to provide special instructions, write them in the address; couriers will take them into account without the need to call.

Delivery hours:

  • If you specify a preferred time (morning or afternoon), the courier company will try to adjust, but it is not obliged to change its route.
  • To avoid problems, provide an address where delivery is easy or leave alternatives such as neighbours or nearby shops.

Tracking and issue resolution:

  • Check the tracker we sent you, and if you notice any issues, contact us via email at help@howrandomstuff.com.
  • If the order status appears as "DELIVERED" and you haven't received it, don't worry. Sometimes, a neighbour may collect the package, or it may be left in the letterbox or at a nearby shop. Contact us, and we will verify it with the carrier. You will never lose your purchase.
